InvoiSmart Services Description

The SaaS platform and mobile applications provided by InvoiSmart allow small business customers access to create, manage, and send professional invoices to customers as well as collect payments and manage financial records. Good Faith Use of Services

Customers agree services are provided in good faith to legitimate small businesses operating legally registered companies. Services will not be used for fraudulent, illegal, or intentionally malicious activity under applicable laws around billing transactions, payments, and financial reporting.

Ownership and IP Rights  

Customers retain rights and ownership over their unique business data and content produced while using InvoiSmart services. InvoiSmart retains owned rights over the software platform, applications, and services providing underlying functionality.

Confidentiality

InvoiSmart agrees to not disclose privately identifiable customer data and to maintain security standards protecting sensitive financial information as further outlined in our Privacy Policy available at {link}. Exceptions may apply as required under applicable legal regulations.

Fees and Billing Terms

All subscription plans, associated fees or usage charges will be presented clearly to customers in advance during signup or modification. Recurring fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Overage or transactional fees incurred are billed monthly in arrears based on platform usage.

Termination

Customers can cancel subscriptions at any time, but unpaid fees accrued prior to termination date still apply. InvoiSmart has the right to restrict or terminate access for TOS violations or non-payment after reasonable notice periods.
